Marac data template workbook

Excel form for collecting Marac data after each Marac meeting

This resource is a Marac Data Template Workbook in an Excel form used for collecting Marac data.  It should be completed after each Marac meeting.

This workbook contains three tabs. You will need to complete the first tab of the template (the ‘Meeting Data’ tab); the other two tabs are for checking the data.

You will need to complete a row for each meeting held. Old data should never be deleted from the spreadsheet, even after it has been submitted to SafeLives, so each time you add a new meeting date it should be added in the next row after the last meeting. If you are responsible for collecting data for more than one Marac, each Marac should have a separate spreadsheet.

This workbook should be used in conjunction with the ‘Marac data – guidance for Maracs’ resource which provides detailed information on completing the workbook.
