In memory donation

Fundraise in memory

Supporting SafeLives in memory of a loved one can be a way to celebrate their life and create a lasting legacy that helps people affected by domestic abuse and their families and friends.

Each gift we receive helps our work to end domestic abuse, for everyone and for good.

Create a personalised tribute fund

You can set up a personalised tribute fund in memory of a loved one on sites like JustGiving or MuchLoved and ask friends and family to make a donation in memory.

Our fundraising team can offer advice about how to set up an in memory donation page. Please email us at fundraising@safelives.org.uk.

Many people also ask for charity donations at funerals rather than flowers. Most funeral directors will offer to help you with this, along with setting up a page that you can share with family and friends.

If you have lost a family member or friend to domestic abuse and need some support there is help available. Cruse specialise in helping those who have lost someone to a traumatic bereavement. You can call their free helpline on 0808 808 1677.
