Marac case list

This resource provides a case list form for Marac professionals to manage key contacts for each case at Marac meetings. It is formatted as a form that allows the Marac professional to enter the cases to be discussed at each Marac meeting.

Details including names, addresses and date of birth for the victim, perpetrator and any children can be recorded against each case number.

The form also provides an option to record the referring agency, the reason for the referral and brief comments.
