Marac agency representative handover form

This resource provides a one-page form to assist outgoing Marac professionals to handover cases to incoming professionals.

The handover form is designed to be completed by the outgoing Marac representative for the new representative to use to onboard into the position.

The form identifies aspects that the outgoing representative will brief the new representative on which are covered in seven question areas.

The seven question areas within the form include the agency’s process, safe referrals to Marac, research process prior to the Marac, information sharing processes, types of actions offered and how those actions are managed, how Marac cases are flagged, de-flagged and tagged.
