Empowering Response through Data – Marac Webinars

Find out more about how our Marac data is enhancing responses to domestic abuse and safeguarding in London.

At SafeLives, we strive to be responsive and solution-focused, taking into account feedback from professionals across the safeguarding system on ways London can better manage and prevent the risk of serious harm due to domestic abuse.

What we heard was that most organisations collect or use some form of data, but often there is a lack of understanding on why this is being collected or how it can be used effectively, so in addition to our planned review activities, we’ve introduced two dedicated webinars for London professionals.

These sessions focus on the critical role of domestic abuse data, exploring how existing Marac data can be utilised more effectively.

By deepening our understanding of London-specific Marac data, we aim to equip professionals with insights that support a more informed and proactive response.

Many Marac roles benefit by accessing the Marac portal. If you do not have a log-in for the platform but would like one, please contact marac@safelives.org.uk.

Please note that if you are not the Marac Chair, Administrator or Coordinator we will need to receive permission from the Marac Chair or a member of the Marac Steering Group to set up an account for you. The Marac chair or steering group member can give permission.
