Scotland: Bespoke training for your service

Develop your Scotland-based teams’ skills with a powerful training session focusing on the specific needs of your service.

We can develop training packages based on the learning requirements of your team. Following an individual consultation with one of our Lead Trainers to explore your learning needs and budget, we can develop a tailored proposal that reflects your specific commission.

We also have a selection of ‘off-the-shelf’ packages. Our full or half-day packages are suitable for those who encounter victims of domestic abuse in their day-to-day work, including those who work in children’s or adult’s services, education, housing, health, alcohol or drug services, or other frontline professionals. We also offer introductory training for those who do not work frontline but are looking for awareness building around domestic abuse.

The learning outcomes of our training are bespoke and will vary depending on the needs of your organisation. They could contain a mixture of the below learning outcomes, for example your course could focus predominately on defining domestic abuse and responding to disclosures or instead focus on more specialist topics such as Marac (Multi-agency risk assessment conference) or Dash (Domestic abuse stalking & honour based abuse) Risk Assessment.

To make an enquiry about commissioning one of the courses below or to discuss a bespoke package to meet the needs of your organisation, get in touch with our training team.
