Abuse in young people's relationships

Dr Christine Barter is a Reader in Young People and Violence Prevention in the Connect Centre for International Research on New Approaches to Prevent Violence and Harm, at the University of Central Lancashire. In this video she talks about the prevalence of domestic abuse among young people. She also discusses the ways in which abuse in young relationships is different from adult domestic abuse, and the response that young people want from practitioners.
