This report gives an overview of what a Marac is, how they work, and why they matter. It includes an analysis on the cost effectiveness of using the Marac model on a more widespread, national scale. The research demonstrates the benefits of using Maracs for victims, frontline services, and the public purse.

This report includes findings from consultations with 15 small and/or specialist services as well as 10 recommendations to improve the response victims receive in order to make all victims safer, sooner.
