Training for Marac champions
This is a one day "train the trainer" course for Marac champions working within health, probation, education, children and young people's services, and housing.

The course is designed to:
- Train local trainers to cascade key information about Maracs to frontline professionals
- Help learners to identify and assess high-risk victims of domestic abuse and refer to Marac
- Increase the support available to high-risk victims by embedding good Marac practice
On completion of this training course delegates will:
- Understand the role of the Marac champion
- Be able to develop an effective Marac training session
- Build upon existing knowledge of the Marac meeting structure and action planning
- Understand what the Dash risk checklist is and how it should be used
- Understand how frontline professionals should share information relating to high-risk victims of domestic abuse

The cost of running this course in-house at your chosen venue is:
- For small groups of 10 learners - £1,800
- For larger groups of 18 - 24 learners - £2,500
