How much does it cost?

The cost of Insights varies depending on the following variables:  

  • The number of roles that your service covers (for example, Idva, Outreach, Refuge, Helpline, Marac Idva, Health Idva etc.)  

  • The number of geographical local areas that your service covers.  

  • The type of Insights package you require. 

  • The combination with other SafeLives initiatives (e.g. leading lights, learning and development, consultancy, community platform and our knowledge hub advisors) 

Our full Insights offer includes: 

  • A dedicated account manager who will work with you to ensure Insights meets all your needs  

  • A full day’s training and access to our online learning module 

  • Daily helpdesk support 9-5pm Monday to Friday 

  • Quarterly data reports 

  • Annual data reports 

  • A visit at 6 months in the first year 

  • 12 month presentation 

  • 12 month written report  

  • Bespoke analyses and in-depth analyses evidencing your work on a topic of your choice 

  • Comparisons to our national Insights datasets [and local area profile data]  

  • Practice recommendations from our Knowledge Hub Advisors
